| ABOUT US Vincent Cherene and Helen Lu are the owners and the principal consultants of Venture Development Services. VDS was established in 1997 by Vincent Cherene, providing consulting, planning and analysis support to existing firms and guidance to developing new ventures. Helen Lu joined VDS in 2008 as an Accounting Consultant bringing with her over twenty years of hands-on experience in the accounting and finance fields. |
 Helen Lu Helen has over twenty years of experience in the accounting and finance fields working for public, private and non-profit organizations. She has held several key financial positions as Director of Accounting and Controller managing accounting departments for businesses with revenue up to $250 million. Her background includes IT Consulting, real estate, banking, telecommunications, and academic research industries. Helen has always been dedicated to helping businesses succeed by providing the management with timely and useful financial reports. Helen is hands-on with all the accounting functions from A/P, A/R, to financial statements and budget preparations. Helen is an Intuit Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
· US Controller, hiSoft Technology International Limited, an international IT outsourcing company, managing the accounting operations of four wholly owned US subsidiaries, IT consulting firms. · VP of Finance & Operations for a real estate financing and investment firm managing the accounting, operations and human resources of the company. · Director of Finance for Deaf & Disabled Telecommunications Program, a California State mandated program, administered by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC).
